Payment Policy

YOU CAN USE EITHER OF THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS: 

• Credit Card at Checkout  (American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa)
• PayPal

To make your payments safe, secure, and easy. Please note that all of our prices are listed in GBP and your card will be charged in your respective currency.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time.

  The following payment terms shall apply depending on the nature of the order: 

(i) Nexus Living Ltd orders: the total order value shall be payable (excluding installation costs) at the point of order; 

(ii) Payment by American Express may incur an additional 3.5% and surcharge;

(iii) Credit card surcharge fee incurred by the Seller are not refundable; and

(iv) No payment shall be deemed to have been received until the Seller has received cleared funds

For credit accounts, except where otherwise specifically agreed, payment must be made to the seller’s address stated on his invoice not later than the last day of the month following the date of his invoice. 

Where partial delivery is made, the buyer shall be obliged to pay for each instalment separately, if the seller so requires, by invoicing him. 

If payment is not made on the due date the seller shall be entitled to: 

(i) Charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily;

(ii) Require payment in advance of delivery of undelivered goods;

(iii) Refuse to make delivery of any undelivered goods whether ordered under the contract or not and without incurring any liability whatever to the buyer for non-delivery or any delay in delivery;

(iv) Terminate the contract; and/or

Unless otherwise agreed the buyer shall not be entitled to exercise any right of set-off or counterclaim against monies owed to the seller for goods invoiced and delivered to him.

 If I forget to add something, can you charge my card? 

Once your order is placed we are only able to refund your order. We are not able to add charges to your card for security purposes.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
